The Website

  1. Keep the design balanced.
  2. Pick two or three base colours at most from the logo to use across the website design.
  3. Make elements stand out by adding white space around them.
  4. Have all elements connected.

Before we started, we needed to make some slight adjustments to the logo that was provided. The Director loved his new logo but struggled to find a designer that could make it work on digital platforms and printed materials. We needed to create some brand guidelines and clarify the primary colour palette. After testing out multiple colours ways, we decide to go with a warm red and purple as our primary colours and a ‘Hallmark’ yellow as a highlight colour throughout the website. The colours evoke emotions of power, youth and boldness.

The website was build using the agreed colourways, helping cement the brand in its new environment.

All the icons/product symbols you see across the website have also been lovingly created and customised by wiredcreative.
